Offerings for midsize and Enterprise customers expand on these services and include Active Directory integration, on-premise license rights for Exchange Server, SharePoint Server and Lync Server.  Some plans also include licenses for Office Professional Plus as well as Visio and Access Services for SharePoint Online and enhanced PBX services with Lync Server On-Premises.
